Series 2 front bumpers

Hi all. Anybody know if the front bumper from a facelifted (02-04) Disco will fit straight onto the earlier (98-02) model?

Yes straight swop but you will have to change the wheel arch plastics as well which cost £40,I have just upgraded the front of my 99 v8
