Erm... New to this series bit... Anyhow.

Is £250 a good/reasonable/silly/anything else price for a Series 1 with a Rover V8 fitted? It hasn't moved for years, and I have no idea on the state of the chassis, etc, but I would imagine that it would be pretty poor.

What you rekon?

offer him £150. If it's rotten you'll get £300 weighing it in for scrap.

Erm, yeah im buying it from a scrap metal merchant who also breaks landys, i rekon he will know im tryin it on for that much.

If it's rotten £150 is all it's worth and you'll be looking at a £5k to £10k rebuild if you want it to look nice when it's finished.
