I had a leaking sunroof, I have removed roof liner and discovered and fixed leak. the sunroof motor was seized, I took apart and greased and its now working but sunroof will still not open, it tried but will not open,
any suggestions??? thanks.

He says the motor is now working presumably connected to it's original plug ??.
If you have removed the motor for cleaning, common issue if you have realigned the gear wheel properly the micro switches wont engage.
Have you tested the motor on or off the car ?
