Seatbelts...again

Can't remember if I've asked this before or not (I'm a bit lost having just come out of hospital) but am I right in thinking that I can't have three point seatbelts and full tilt? I have to have a child seat fitted at the moment you see. Is there a seat that comes with them built in that would work?

I've seen in a magazine someone fabricated a bar for the purpose of mounting seatbelts, but I'm a cheap skate and don't wanna fork out the money for that! Maybe I'll just have to go hard top for a bit?

Good afternoon Ross+Pug, I fabricated a couple of sturdy bolt on brackets for the tub corners so as to keep the inertia belt at shoulder level so as it wasn't pulling down on my shoulder.
