Fed up of getting an internal water feature Evey time after rain when I pull away and as I have aircon and have no plans to go big game hunting seems little point in having them so decided to flash tape them up is black tape available anywhere as going to look a lot better than grey/silver on red.

Are the sunroofs the electric, slide into the body style, or lift up at the back only?
If they're electric sliders I'd use Tigerseal or similar roof sealant around the edges and roofline when they're shut and either disable the sunroof switch or fuse if it's separate to other circuits.
If they're the manual lift up type I'd open the sunroof and simply use Tigerseal or similar roof sealant around the edges and shut them again, then take the opening handle off to stop temptation!
