Got a split front screen washer pipe somewhere behind dash. Do I need to remove dash to renew the pipe or are there any shortcuts??

i replaced mine last week - there is only a few screws holding the dash together, cant think of a better way to do it but could be wrong.

Yeah, as above - you can get at the back of the nozzle through the ashtray - but only if you've got lady's hands! :p I took the dash apart to get at mine - it's only a few screws holding it together.

I managed to do mine through the ashtray but it was such a fiddle it took an hour or two. The hardest part is connecting the pipe to the jet at the front. I used some long pliers and long fingers. I would say if you can get the dash out in less than 15 min, do it that way, I had too much stuff attached to the dash in one way or another to remove it.

It's worth looking through the ash tray if you don't know where the split is because it has probably just popped off the back of the jet at the top. Put a ty rap around it and do this through the ash tray if that's the only problem.
