Screaming Turbo

Hi all,
Just joined this group as the TD5 is misbehaving, help please.
Help. I've got a td5 auto and had the Celtic tuning remap. Unfortunatly the turbo is starting to scream around 1800rpm through to about 2500rpm. Garage has checked all the pipes and thinks the turbo is on the way out. Please can some one offer advice as to is it the turbo and should I replace with recon or new, if so who is the most reliable turbo eng company to use?

Hi there are many places to get recon turbos, if you take the turbo intake pipe off you might see some damage to the blades that causes the issue your talking about
