Danbuc, QT are based just up the road from me in Liskeard and i'm down penzance way usually a coupla times a week, if it's any help and saves you a coupla quid delivery i can do the LZ courier thing and pop stuff (within reason!) down to you.

Just a note in Scorpian's defence on the "long way round" BMW. I read the book some time ago and the original plan didn't use the BMW that was insisted on by BMW the sponsor's of the bikes. The team approached Scorpian and asked if they could help with preparing the BMW. There response was yes fine there is enough time to do it for next year. But it was required for this year in fact only about 6 weeks. Scorpian did a valiant job trimming down the spec and fitting the features into the time available, and kept the whole Paris Dakar project going.
Many things that Scorpian would have considered essential could not be done in the time. In the end I think most of the problems were with the engine management system which was pure BMW.

So give the guys a break over this one. I have never bought anything from them but I have seen their kit and it certainly looks at the quality end of the market where form and function play equally.

Fook orf yer aving a larf. Scrapiron Racing are just a bunch of ****s what copy off every fooker else and then charge 4times more then the people they've just nicked the design orf.

Anyone that can't be bothered to put prices on their website automatically loses my custom. The term 'you get what you pay for' doesn't always apply neither.

i know, as a ****sumer myself when i visit a website, if there are no prices then i will just log off and go elsewhere. are they afraid they cannot justify the price??
