Sankey comms body trailer

When I bought my landy it came with a sankey comms body trailer. Kept hold of it as we weren't sure whether to use it or not. Now thinking we have no need for it and considering selling. Unfortunately we have no idea what to ask for or whether it would be worth more 'as is' or with a general clean up, repaint, brake service etc. She still has her military bits attached (afaik).

so just putting it out to the general wisdom for suggestions...
will add pics if there needed/desired lol

I didn't realise this simple question would enthuse such bickering. Im sorry for shaking the peace and tranquilty that holds this place together

Only price Ive found was £500 but that was two years ago and with no hint if thats what it sold for..

24v or 12v converted?

500 sounds about right for one in good condition, but yours needs a lick of paint and have you any pics of the underside etc, electrics work? anything inside it ( leccy sockets etc )

Looks like it's been stood for some time so there's likely to be work to be done to the running gear which'll drop the price by a few hundred.

You can pick a mint looking bog standard Sankey off of MOD sites for £350ish which are ready to go on 24V, yours may be worth around that if not a little less depending on the work needed to do on it
