I wont be able to do it as well . Its too far for me to drive up for the 15th and 22nd.

If there are more people on the 22nd and everyone can make it maybe we should cancel the 15th and all go out next week?

Its the 15th. This has been agreed well over a week ago and I have made plans to work around this date. I will be at costa coffee sunday morning at 9.30 as planned.

No need to be sorry. Im leaving Plymouth this afternoon to visit family in somerset and that puts me within 50 miles of the plains for tomo morning.
