Salisbury Axle Drum to Disc Brake Conversion

This thread is a few years old, but I had some brake problems this weekend and would like to do a conversion also. Did you need any additional parts for the conversion besides what was listed?
 
Did you need an inline bias valve or reducer when converting to discs. Just put a 300tdi disc axle onto my 200tdi 110.
