NIce thread on converting drums to disc. I too have a def 110 1991 with a salisbury rear axel and I too want to change my drums for discs. Would appreciate it if you could guide me on what are the parts required and how to do it. Sadly I am in Bangalore, India and the very few defenders here.

well looking at your plccy roof might be alright and you may get away with moving bulkhead bottom forward either by removing washers or even cutting part of tube of bulkhead with angle grinder and cutting disc while laeving 3 x bolts on chassis support loose
