I have noticed the top of the passenger front and rear and drivers rear door the rubber seal is sagging down a bit, I can push it home easily enough but is this a common issue?

If so what is the best way to keep them from sagging down? Ideally I don't want to end up siliconing etc, are there other ways?

It depends on the reason it's coming off the body. If the wire support inside the seam grip section has widened and not gripping, then just squeeze it back up again. However if the metal support has rusted away, then silicone or a replacement door seal is needed.
