Has anyone dealt with this company before?

Just had a bloke in a 110 picking up some bits I sold on eBay and he had just returned from having a 2" lift installed and waxoyled...

they charge him 260 to waxoyl! that sounds cheap compared to other quotes I've seen?

They steam clean and then spray the waxoyl..

I had a look underneath and everything was absolutely covered in it, looked like a nice job... and then coat the inside of the chassi too...

so was just wondering if anyone has had theirs waxoyled by them?

for 250 I might give mine to them instead of getting covered in it on my drive

Just popped in to them on Monday for some bits. Had a "oh bugger, forgot my wallet moment".
Response from behind the counter "Don't be daft. drop the cash in later".
Thursday I drop the cash in, and thanks to that trusting friendly attitude, I still feel as though I've robbed them.
Definitely use them again.

storm, yeh, it did sound cheap to me, when he said 260 I got my creeper and got underneath and the chassi was completly coated with it..
chassi, axles, wings....the lot, everything!

actually.. i dont even know how the waxoyl is supposed to be applied or where to go, but even the exhaust was coated with it?

is it supposed to be used everywhere, or just the chassi?

Erm..sounds like hes just sprayed at random

Take your footwells and gearbox cover off and have a look down at the chassis..if he's done a good job the chassis rails etc should all be evenly coated..

He ought to have removed the exhaust really....

Its not mine, was off a bloke that came over today to collect some bits I sold on eBay...

but I even looked at the top of the chassi rails, and that was coated...
they had put a new suspension in and that was all coated in waxoyl too...

I thought was a bit "weird"...but dont really know how and where its applied...

I think you are right, they sprayed everywhere underneath

They are very good over at Safari.
They've always had the right parts and always give advice on how to fit them is you ask.
Not as cheap as t'internet shops, but for the advice adn the correct parts first time they are invaluable.
