S3 v8 conversion

Hi i have a 2.25 1983 swb s3. I was wondering how difficult it was to convert to v8 i have a 4.6 range rover donor vehicle but i just wanted to try to get some info on the bulk head mods needed to get the v8 into place i will use all the rr running gear and ill be doing the conversion on my own ive done lots of weird and wonderful things to motors over the years and now at the ripe old age of 45 ive got the land rover bug badly so here i go again. any info on the conversion would be greatly appreciated many thanks.
