On one of my 2 trips to Ikea today (yes, I ****ing know) & in a very bad storm I suddenly lost the heater
motor, the radio (after fitment) & the windscreen wipers (how handy!) I stopped at Ikea & re-started &
everything was fine. I stopped for summat or other & they where all dead again. I am thinking it's a
loose connection on the sub main fuse for anything on that fuse. It cant be the fuse as it worked & then
didn't & then did!!

Any known issues?

I'll have a look tomorrow in the (hopefully) less windy & ****ing rainy!!

The wife had a funny 'smile' all the day today, couldn't work if it was ironic or sarcastic!!!

my s3 did that for ages till i looked at the fuse box (under steering
column) and took the fuses out...the clips that hold the fuses were very
dirty and held the fuses loose...a quick clean with sandpaper and
bending the clips in slightly sorted it for good...well till i sold it
five years latter anyway...good luck,
steve

Sounds like a loose connection in the fusebox, take the shroud off,
remove the lucar connectors methodically and clean the tabs and pinch
the lucars up a bit, take the fuses out and clean the holders and
tighten them as well. They all get slack after a while

The fuse box is not much good, best to replace it altogether.
