rust undre the windscreen :|

hi, ive just tsken off the windscreen and underneath is rusted like hell :doh:, there are 4 or 5 bigish holes 7 cm x 4 cm and alot5 of corrosion that has not yet gone through. is this a easily replacable bit of the bulk head , or am i better patching whats bad till it falls apart or will i be better off fabricating a bit to fit in ?

You might be able to get specialy made repair sections to fit in, if not then its a case of a bit of tin and some tine snips.
An old car roof from the 'yard comes in handy.
