Location
The muddiest driveway in Essex
I believe my first thought of "some" welding may have been slightly underestimated :D
I do believe I will be removing the roof & tub & pressure washing the chassis from the middle back to expose the full extent of the previous keepers inability to use a hose pipe! 1/2" of mud all over it
I definately need the rear tub ribs/braces replaced & we have some nasty holes around the n/s/r spring turret.
To save time on the welding front, has anyone ever cut out a chassis section & come across the ability to buy "chunks" of chassis? Rear cross member forwards, to the body fixing behind the front row seats would be great on the near side as opposed to cutting out sections & replacing. Although this isnt out of the question as the chassis will be exposed.
Ive tried Marsland & Richards but they only do complete which is out of the question on our budge.
:)
