Disco 1 Rust! Inner wing question

Well that's the wing welded up into one part, seam sealed and two coats of bonda primer on it. Beer O clock.

Wing fitted. Bit of a mission. Tomorrow time to put it together and see if everything fits. Brace yourselves, if the bonnet doesn't fit then you'll probably hear the swearing from wherever you are in the world.
And I think I'm still off my tits on paint fumes.

Happy with some bits of the job, not so happy with others where I couldn't quite seem to get things to fit right, or where I've had to cut corners due to time pressure

About a million spot welds later. Much easier to just chomp the whole thing off and then get the other bits off.

anyone know what these are for?

headlight adjuster? fog light? side repeater?

Have a look on the other side, might give you a clue ...

Not headlight adjuster, don't think they are fog light (though there are some spare ones for those), and not side repeater. Couldn't see any similar ones used or not on the other side.

As to the Spare wires, ones not for coolant expansion tank level? (Although my d1's are both 200 series so different looms)

Don't think so... end bit of loom near headlight box, coolant tank is way further back
