Rust fixed new problem

OK when i got my disco it needed a new abs pump which came with the purchases
so take every thing off welded in new inner wings ,put all back , bleed the brakes all OK,
now the SRS light is on and the ABS light is on as well , could it be a bad pump, but what about the SRS light it wasn't on before

any help would much appreciated

The abs light will come on and go off and then back on as a self test, the light won't go out til you drive over 5mph as it checks all the sensors on the wheels too.
Can't help with the airbag light????

Hi Daz thanks for the reply but iv been up the road in it to test but still the same, how can i test the pump ??

I'd check the connections on the pump plug are tight and the fuse.

another thing are the pumps the same, it is a secondhand one ??

You could check the numbers on the block on both pump blocks are the same.

Have you had the steering wheel off for any reason? Faults with the contact ring behind the wheel can cause the SRS light to come on (Don't ask how I know!)
