Running Boards fixing bars

Hi all,

New to the site and could do with a bit of help! I have a series 2 discovery and the fixings for the running boards are rotten, came back to work with the view to fabricating some new ones, unfortunately I have lost the specs and measurements I took before leaving!! Can anyone help? The supports are like box section, I have attached a photo I took a while back, any help appreciated 😊

They vary with the type of side step that you have.

There are four to the set, all look about the same.
