And heres the new one along with some new hoses and a service kit.
Gave it about an hours run and fingers crossed all seems sound so far.

Don't try and fix it, just buy another Turbo. Mine did exactly the same thing, burnt all the oil, the impeller and bearings were completely knackered. Fitted 2nd hand unit complete with manifold, and alls well. You will need to wash out the hoses and intercooler though.
