Hi I have a set of the rubber arches and door protections for my Disco and I was hoping someone could tell me what I need to stick them on with. They are the glue on type I think because they have no holes and what looks like black resin on the backs. Thank you for your help

3m tape is what the bro in law uses for fitting such type of stuff,use there cleaner 1st on both surfaces and use the correct grade tape
