Hi
I've got a exchange offer.

The car is from Netherlands, has 220 000km on it ( somewhat proof from Netherland as has been repaired officually)

The car makes a sound when you press the pedal when idling and when driving and accelerating.

Sound is somewhat close to this:

Is this normal? Should I get a RRS 3.6 like that? Didn't smoke.

The guy said it's about the exhaust and that a "sock" in the exhaust and near the motor is leaking and making that noise. Is that true?

Welcome.

Would it be turbos? If it is a turbo then it's bad.

I'm exhanging my Audi A8L 4.2 BFM LPG for it.

It has bad tensioners, leaking oil, bad cats etc.

So I don't know what do to. I really have liked RRS for so long.

Don't be to eager, you will find another you can buy without possible expensive problems.
Have it checked at a garage before you spend your money.
How much is the range rover and how much is it to repair your audi?

The Audi repair has been quoted for 5000€+. For a 2005 car, this is it's value price.

That price is from a Indy, not from Audi.
