Putting my Soft dash LSE back together after welding. I need to drill new holes to mount the arch liners but I can’t get them to line up with the holes that are still there. There appears to be a bolt in the way where the liner attaches at the foot well end. These bolts must have been there before I removed it. Anyone got any tips?
