Just put he wheel and bumper back on and its good to go.
It still looks better than my classic.
You will never stop a land rover from rusting but a regular dose of old oil a bitumen paint slows it down.

Looks like the some of the police drivers, who fly around our roads with gay abandon, are not quite as good as they think they are.
Back in the mists of time a certain Scottish police force bought some early Range Rovers and, I believe, rolled every one using them as pursuit cars.
Then they went back to Jaguars. It didn't take long for the locals to discover that if you could stay ahead of them for about ten miles their engines used to let go. I did hear that the fleet manager ended up inside. Something to do with buying bulk oil for peanuts and him getting a very nice kick back from it.
Ah, those were the days, no cameras and crap radios. They had to catch you to do you.
