RR V8 2003 L322 cam cover gaskets replacement

Hi there, going to replace my cam covers gaskets this week as they are leeking on to the manifolds. Already have the new ones to fit is there any tips or video links on fitting them. Do I need need to put the correct Torque on the cam cover bolts etc.

Is there a CD manaul or download as I am always doing jobs on my motor. Cheers Gra
