NO not if it will not even fire on easy start. With easy start all it needs is for the engine to turn over and to have compression, it should fire but it will not continue to run if there is another problem. No fire on easy start means a mechanical problem.
If it won't fire off Easystart it has a very serious mechanical problem. But the Easystart must be put directly into the manifold by removing the turbo pipe from it. Not through the air cleaner pipe.
