Evenin' all,
I've bought a new trials machine today, bit of a monster but perhaps a
bit TOO modified for my liking! The builder has modified the engine a
fair bit and his final crowning act was to top the engine with one of
those "boxer" manifolds and for SUs!
I really don't think that this is necessary and plan to revert to a
twin SU setup. I have two questions:
1.) I have a inlet manifold with twin strombergs on, does anyone know
if the manifold is common to the Stromberg and SUs or are they
different. I can't see Rover going to the effort and cost of making a
different manifold for the different carbs but does anyone know the
answer?
2.) Does anyone want to purchase a Boxer manifold maybe with 4 carbs on
it, maybe just with 2?
