rover sdi carbs

Ahoy there people,wondering if anyone has a pare of spare carbs for my rover.
Solved one problem put it in to have it balanced and mot,to be told it wont balance or run properly so no mot or landy back.
i think my patients are going to run out very soon

Any help would be appreciated

obiously they can't balance then or the adjusters are brocken or have been butchered
