Rover Rescue/First Aid

Ive just signed up to Rover Rescue, run in conjunction with Essex LR Club.
Can anyone suggest where I might qualify myself as a first aider and how much I should expect to pay?

st johns ambulance are pretty good, not sure how much they charge.

if the club want you to do it get them to pay.

If you're not self employed you might get paid a bonus at work once you are qualified as a first aider, obviously depends where you work and that but worth asking about.

Try Surrey First Aid, I did a Mountain First Aid Cert. Only a weekend course, cost was approx 140.oo, they did offer a 3 for the price of 2. Ive done loads of courses and found that these guys were great, more situation first aid than ur average course. p ennies well spent.

Cost would depend on the type of first aid training. Ask St Johns, Red Cross and try your local ambulance service.
