P38A ROOF RAILS, BARS, RACK

Got the 3 slots on each side of roof, cant find nowt to slot in.
Any suggestions please.
In advance, i will try to sift through expected answers to that one

I think the slots push aside. Never tried but I believe Thule make some bars that fit and possibly some Halfrauds own?

There is but they are like rocking horse sh1t. theres a set on e bay £250.00

I have recently patrolled Ebay for the rails and yes as tarphenry says they are often min £200 needing painting and £250 plus to use as is. They do come up or its £1000 plus from over-land outfits. Safety devices do a good one but they have stopped making them and second hand buy a house in Serbia cheaper.

a packet of polo mints is dear-er (er-er) than a house in Serbia...but think of the cost of the polyfilla needed for all the .50" holes

Thule make some that go across the roof from side-to-side. Any good? I have a spare set as it happens.

Sounds like you have the answer, checked fleebay for rails, lot of money for the ladders to scratch.

I bought first next to my farm job for £2200 and then company paid, had garden, stable and garage on border to Romania......very nice

In all seriousness now, I envy you. Me and the missis are looking at getting a place around that part of the world soon. Perhaps our engineering skills will be worth something out there .God knows they are worth nothing in the UK and are not likely to ever be in our lifetimes. Good luck to you mate !

You could look at Czech republic too. I bought a house there last year. 350m2 with about 600m2 of land. 15k.
Hence the purchase of a RR to drive to it when it's snowy!

mmm good questions, Serbia is 100% hunting in the country for wild bore....you will see lots wildlife. If you want to mold/blend in get a shotgun multi shot thing, rifle if you want and patrol the harvest fields with your 4x4 and group/club etc. They used to ride on my combine sometimes. UK is not about welding or spanners now its all IT and instant everything with coffee shop apps, cinema, car share, dating etc and it goes on.....its not real

Currently in Poland where people say good morning, hold door open and police will talk to you........old England ))........i am only 46

English speaking and old people Russian or German in Poland

Fishing is a big hobby there but lots of flat area so your pond / big river fishing, i used to fly fish to try and pretend i could still cast ((
Live Music, church either or etc, marriage, good doctors...........normal life

Meat food diet, nice beer/ale all ok
Ukraine is cheap now, Russia to formal and stiff, Croatia cheap, Macedonia ok if near Greece (Bitola area)....big world
England is great / very good but losing its way in some ways
