A day out around Nottinghamshire. Some good lanes and most sign posted too.

20 mph? I thought 110s were good for plenty more than that on tarmac at least

Ahem... great pics of some great looking lanes: nothing too technical (or was there?) and beautiful countryside.

Nice pics, photo 3 looks an interesting lane.

That lane was a complete surprise seeing as most of the area is flat.

It was cheaper to transfer the plate than put it on retention.

I'd say they're worth going out for and a good day can be had.

Some good scenery and some cracking sights. Lots of picturesque villages and fabulous looking buildings around.

Lanes are good but not technical, except some tiny parts might make you stop and think.

Good trip out in the woods with the family.

wheres the water? I've driven those lanes but don't remember coming along the water?

Have had some good days on them lanes, but as above where's the water? Good vids buy the way.

Looks a good run and nice area, roughly what area ? Live in Grantham, wouldn't mind tagging along if possible next time ?

I started in Retford and worked south to the A46 junction at Newark.

Looking on os map there are a few good looking lanes down your way. Not had chance to try them yet.

Yes I think there is but am quite new to green laneing, need to get myself an OS map and start looking. There is a company who organisis green lane days all over and one they do is around here which I am going to go on next year.

Now whilst that may be fun, you will have to pay some kind of fee for the priviledge even if you use your own vehicle! Manage to get together with fellow LZ members and all it will cost is fuel, time and butties... Unless summat breaks.
