Rivington

Went up Rivington today which is near Bolton, NW.

Yeah its the pike, still going as far as im aware.

And they still have the bike meets on a Sunday.

so what is it a lane? site? what? how big is the place?

tis a lane that takes you below the winter hill tv mast, steep in parts and a lot of flat, used to train up there when i was mountain bike racin

so is rivvy still open, you could spend all day upo here but i thought they had closed it down

nah georges lane still open, tis the only one that is legal though and it is not covered in MUD just stones

is it worth a travel up?
managed to get the pedal box swapped stig.
got the throttle set up.
new chassis cross member welded in.
just need to finish engine mounts, and plumb in all in and it should be away!
