Just got meself some 15x10 modulars so now need to get rid of the skinny wheels.
Brown ES 16" alloys, a couple with okayish bfg ats and a steely spare with good tyre. Are they worth trying to sell or would I be wasting my time? Am near chester..
If not then will take 'em the tip this afternoon :)

try selling them, put em on ebay or in the for sale section on the forum.

If they don't sell
get tyres popped off-sell as part worns or cut the tyres off with angle grinder remove valves and beat out any steel inserts they are worth more scrap clean.

Are they a set of four?

If so I could do with some cheap crap wheels, not worried about tyres I can get some crap ones anyway, for a rolling chassis project. Any chance you could save 'em for me? If it's OK I would drive over to collect them sometime during the week, 'specially if you're going to scrap them!

Whereabouts in cheshire are you? Long way from Doncaster .. but I'm supposed to be going halfway next week anyway .. :)

4 x ES alloys with General Grabber AT2s all have good tread although 2 are showing wear to sidewalls (white areas I guess from rubbing curbs). 1 x spare steel with brand new tyre. All tyres are 235/40/16 but worth noting I have never driven on these as bought the disco on SORN (well, should have been!).
£20 for the lot - bargain me's thinks, will go into my restoration kitty!!
Let us know if you're intersted Paul, if not no worries will put 'em on ebay and probably get more! ;)
I live about 5miles from chester, bring a spanner and you can help me work out how to pit this thing back together.. :)
Let us know if you want pics but can't upload until at work tommoz am on me PDA

LOL, well I did agree without seeing them. If I had some flexi-arches you could have 'em .. but I haven't and I'm looking for something similar .. ;) Got a set of standard Disco springs that are just getting rusty, or a middle section exhaust box .. I have HD springs and de-cat straight through exhaust fitted .. ;)

Nah its cool I'm a good sport :D
Plus as much as I don't want one it looks like I'm going to need a lift for these 31/12.5s
