Right hand tail lights

My rear right tail lights are out both in the bumper and in the cluster. I've checked all the fuses, changed the cluster, looked over the wires n can't find anything obvious.
I'm at a absolute loss with it all the others work i.e. indicators, brake ect.
Anybody come across this before?
