Im in the process of reinstalling air suspension to my disco, just came across a problem, the brackets that hold the ride height sensors to the chassis have been cut off. Anyone know if you can buy the weld on bracket or do you have to make it?

You have to improvise with that

Make them. I would take some measurements off one that still has them, or make a template of where they go. If they aren't fitted in the correct place, I would think calibrating the heights would be quite tricky.

I could have someone look at making some, would it make that much difference if they were a little off? I have Hawkeye to calibrate.

Would someone be willing to measure from these points for me please? Would like to get a general idea of where to weld the brackets.
Thanks

Is your Disco lifted?
The bottom bolt should be attached to arm if not but you seem to have an extra plate

I measured as i could by reaching there between the wheel and body...roughly 15 cm. Don't worry, few mm are irrelevant cos the calibration will ovveride that

little update, spent half hour in a mates workshop and made these up out of some galv steel, might not be perfect but I ain't no engineer ;)
The main point is, the holes line up, the sensors slide and bolt in... now just need to find someone to weld them on o_O
