Reverse Gear/Switch Wiring Loom

Hi,
I need to break into the live wire from the Reverse Light Switch......is it possible & where in the cab can i do this?
If anybody knows where/which wire/colour it is would be fandabbydozzzzzzy

Freelander is an '04 1.8 manual.....does that help any?

the switch is on the back of the gearbox, I don't think you can get to the wiring from inside though.

removing the aircleaner will give you more room to access it

Its actually a feed i need to go into the back of my Kenwood Head Unit.....its for a reversing camera, everything else is wired up but i need this feed specifically for the HU...and from the reverse switch/loom...(according to Kenwood guru)..

There must be a wire in the cab somewhere you would think ie the fuse box?

Shall look for a fuse box diagram.......

If you can't find the wire you need at the fuse box you can always splice into the harness at the A pillar.
