Retrofit heated seats

I have been offered a 110 utility at a good price (new). However it comes without the climate pack (ie heated seats and windscreen)
I'm not so bothered about the windscreen being heated though I would like the heated seats.
Is it possible to retrofit these? Ie is the wiring already there, and any idea who may be able to do this and if LR actually sell the parts and the matching switch to fit the dash?

Are you planning on driving round norway or summat? Can't see why anyone would want heated seats in this country.

yer realise that yer be using more fuel as yer alternator will have to work harder to power them up so yer injun will use more fuel and its already nearly 129.36589P a teacupful.

Would that be a European mainland teacup or one of the smaller offshore islands teacup.

Yep and also Sweden

Plus when you have tried heated seats once ...... theres just no going back
