Replacing Springs/Dampers

Hi, could someone tell me about replacing my springs and dampers on a standard 90, looking at something like a 2" lift, like this:

Can u replace just springs or do u need damps aswel?

You generally replace the lot an put dislocation cones in. If you wanna do it on the cheap get HD springs they will give you an inch an half or so lift an all you need is the springs.

You can buy Range Rover Classic springs that will fit straight onto your defender and give it a bit of a lift. I got a brand new set for £50. If you replace the shocks get gas, much better ride.

got my 110 county priced up at scorpion yesterday £344 plus vat bit of a kick in the nuts cos i thought it would be about 200 squids. they did sy it would prob lift about 3 1/2 though cos mines already sagging. im prob gonna do a 200tdi transplant instead though.

Dunt do the Scrapiron racing job - you can get the same bits fer quite a bit less if you thumb through a Landy mag.
