Replacing rusted drop tailgate supports

Hi all

My supports for my bottom tailgate are at the end of their life.

Has anyone done this? Any tips/advice on how to go about it? Will do the ones in the tailgate as well as the ones on the body.

I did mine a few months ago. pretty easy really. The way i did it was using a pair of pipe pliers. I found the bolt heads to rusted to get a grip on with a spanner or socket. But using Pipe grips you can get them to turn and come out.
I then refitted with new straps and bolts and plenty of copper grease.
