Hi,
Need to replace my doors that are held together with a couple of transfers!
Got replacement parts, anyone suggest a link/ instructions on best way to fit including door locks etc?
thanks in advance

Its a strip and transfer job really.

You could buy all new channels and window seals and things, I made a list up, its on my desk somewhere but I can't find it at the moment, I will post the complete list for door rebuils when I find it.

Its not that much either, then all you need to transfer are the locks and window.

Thanks, for info,
Was told that it is better to get new locks rather than trying to take off the old ones and also a impact screwdriver would be better to remove the old bolts on the hinges etc.
Any advice appriecated.
cheers

I second what hook says - if you remove the hinges from the bulkhead and the Pclip/self retaining nuts are rusted you will loose them and need new ones. Might aswell save yourself the hassle.

Yep as above don't disturb the bulkhead screws unless absoutely neccesary. I have to remove mine to fit new hinges. and will be buying new screws and captive nut plates.

Thanks but I'll be getting a set of bog std ones from LR series, as they are just up the road from me and very cheap if you call in, in person. SS are ok but by the time a set of new std steel ones rust I'll have sold it and bought another one.
