Freelander 1 Replacement Ronbox spindle?

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a replacement spindle?

Mine vanished after my local garage did some work on my FL.
Obviously, I cannot prove they lost it but I know they did.

I have emailed diesel tuning or whatever they are called but after 3 weeks, I still have no reply.

Never seen one sold separately.

I will have to get someone to ring for me as I am hard of hearing and struggle with a phone.

Cant you just get some JB weld or similar and make your own?

The spindle is not absolutely needed as you can still adjust settings with a small screwdriver.
You just have to remember that the arrow now points away from the setting you want and not to it as it would on the spindle.
I might not bother getting a replacement.
