removing the speedo surround

can somebody tell me how you remove the surround from above the speedo/rev counter,i need to replace the bulbs that light up all the symbols(ignition,battery,etc etc)i've done a search but cant find any thing

i looked it up...there should be four or so screws on the front of the spedo panel... remove them and it will come out...unplug it and fix pulbs...
