Removing the Oil Sump with EAS down

A few months back I pulled the oil sump off so I could get access to change cam shaft. Today I tried to remove it again but this time the suspension is lowered and now there in not enough clearance to pull the sump free.
Is there any way to get the suspension pumped up without starting the engine - I currently have a cylinder head off.

just jack chassis up axle will stop on ground

Thanks James. Anything to look out for like airbags becoming dislodged or shoul they be ok?

they will bo okay i had some bags pop off in the past when on a two post ramp ,but thats abit more extreme than what you need just ensure when lowering they fold over properly,by releasing jack slowly
