How easy is it to do in a 110? Looking to clean and waxoyl the chassis over my half term hols, and also wanting to fitted extended axle breathers. Lifting the floor out would make it a whole lot easier, but are there any problems to doing this?

Generally the front floor pans bolts are rusted solid and you end up hammer and chiseling it or else the grinder.

I am getting ready to re waxoyl mine but i dont plan on giving myself any extra work i find a good steam clean and then a run over the chassis witha wire brush attachment on a air die grinder cleans it up well, then it is the messy part of spraying the goo on

Kevin - mine was knackered, so I drilled all the welds out and undid (snapped mostly) the bolts. Ended up replacing the floor with 3mm chequer.
