Hi I would like some knowledge on the best way to remove the body complete. What I have is a big garage 5m x6m x4m .I have a beam across the celling with a trolley and block and tackle . lift it with big straps all going to a big shackle or what idea welcome.

I'd use a lifting beam or even better a H shaped beam with a strap off each corner of the H .
Lift eye dead center of the H .
Could make it out of timber if you are competent?

Lifting with straps would require a frame to prevent straps pulling on roof sides as it lifted, much easier to jack chassis up, support body and then let chassis down and pull it out from underneath, I did it this way on my own and I'm 70 years old

I lifted mine off the chassis using a cross-beam at the bulkhead connected to the footwell brackets, and then a piece of timber under the rear tub (through the wheelarches). Worked well enough.
