Just looking for some pointers and hopefully some pics. Converting my 110 hardtop into a single cab tipper, so basically need it in chassis cab form. I was hopeing to remove the entire back with sides and roof in one section as its been sold.

How easy a task is this?

Just been looking around it and other than bolts on the rear x member, fuel filler neck and the front roof bolts I cant really see any of the other attachment points to undo/cutoff.

Anyone got a list for me for all the attachment points?

Seat box, seat belt mounts, front of tub to chassis brackets?

Got most of them now I think, looks like the tub has to slide off backwards?

One issue that the last owner put a second row of seats in the back with a home made seatbox, lots of digging to get to anything.

Going to be a mission of a job

If your taking it all off in one piece, roof, sides and tub, that's a hell of a lump.. I suppose you could sort of slide it back and tilt it up at the same time.. Might be easier to split it all

Ok from the rear

Rear cross member to rear tub full row of bolts.

Outriggers to underneath of tub 2 bolts in each outrigger

Seat box to rear bulkhead row of bolts.

Seatbelt mountings (all of them inc seatbelt clips)

Windscreen to roof bolts. you'll need to remove sunvisors and roof lining to get at them.

Open the front doors You'll need a forklift or similar if removing in one piece.

If splitting em

Undo the roof/windscreen bolts,
Undo the sides to rear tub bolts.

The roof & sides can be handled by 2 people. But 3 is better

Once all the rear tub has been unbolted from chassis & seat box. Don't forget to disconnect the wiring harness where it enters the tub at the rear.

+1 That lot's going to be very heavy and when you are trying to lift it off you'll be heaving at it not knowing if it's the weight that's the problem or a bolt somewhere still fixing it all on. It's not a big job to separate the roof, sides and tub.
