remote locking

can anyone please tell me how i go about getting a replacement remote fob for my discovery i bought the car without one and ive seen them selling on ebay but how do i find which one id need and how do i program it for my car many thanks chris

Depends what model disco you've got as to hard much of a pain in the neck / expensive it is to sort.

sorry i should have said its a 95 discovery 3.9 v8i if it makes any difference i bet ive got the the worst

Landy main dealer or one of the specialists should be able to do it for you.
I had a replacement remote supplied & programmed at a Rover dealers on a car I had at the time, it looked identical to the Landy remotes & cost £97 if I recall correctly
