L322 Remote locking and auto locking stopped working

Wonder if anyone can shed any light on this, battery went flat disconnected it recharged it since re connecting the remote locking unlocking and boot button no longer works on any key and neither does the auto locking when start driving have tried the resynch procedure listed on here. All was working fine before battery died. since happing also having a battery drain issue.

Model is 2005-6 l322 4.2sc

If the battery went flat, the drain maybe battery self discharge because it's now knackered, what voltage do you have at the battery? Things do not work with low battery voltage.

How old is your battery? How far do you drive each trip? Sometimes a flat battery never recovers. Try a new battery. See if it resolves both issues. Also check battery in fob. How long has it been in? Sadly nothing lives forever.
